Statistics
The California Bar Exam
One of the questions most commonly posed to law schools is “how is the Bar pass rate?”
While statistics vary with each Bar Exam administered, multiple factors may impact those percentages in a way that raw statistics do not address.
Glendale University College of Law has analyzed over four decades of its graduate’s Bar Exam statistics and determined that students who are academically successful have an 80% likelihood of passing the Bar Exam on the first try.
At Glendale, the minimum cumulative GPA required to earn a JD is 70. Students considered academically successful for purposes of the 80% first-time pass rate typically graduate with a cumulative GPA of 74 or higher.
